Blue Diamond Wealth Management Limited formerly known as Libra Wealth Management Limited; was founded in 2002 to provide financial services in Hong Kong, as an IFA (independent financial advisor) consulting company. Our team member¹s dedication and commitment to professionally serve our clients is our key to success. Thanks to our clients prolonged support, even through hard recession times; we have become a "one stop insurance solution provider".
In 2005 Dehres Limited, a family owned and operated business, with an outstanding record for quality wholesale and designer products in the diamond Industry; acquired minority shares and today is sole owner of Blue diamond Wealth Management Limited. This acquisition has positioned Blue Diamond as the premier personal diamond insurance coverage provider in Asia.
Blue Diamond services are currently provided across the Asia Pacific Rim and beyond. Our existing strategy remains tightly bound to our purpose "We believe that our clients are people who believe in legacy and providing a platform for the next generations to be able to contribute to their families, communities, cities and countries". Hence, we will continue growing and providing our clients with the right solutions to fulfill their purpose.

2002 Founded as Libra Wealth Management, based in Hong Kong, to provide financial services
2003 Signed distribution agreement with two internationally health insurance companies to serve
the international high net worth clients
2005 Dehres, a diamond trader in Hong Kong and Asia, acquired minority shares of Libra
2006 Libra expanded business into Mainland China
2008 Dehres became the major shareholders
2008 Libra was granted exclusive distribution in Asia of an international medical insurance company
2010 Blue Diamond Wealth Management Ltd. became the new corporate identity for Libra Wealth
Management.
