LAHAV -  Executive Education

Since its establishment in 1968, LAHAV has been an integral part of the Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University and the leading provider of executive education in Israel. LAHAV's mission is to contribute to the development of organizational management resources and to talent management. Each year, hundreds of managers participate in the advanced and innovative programs that LAHAV offers, among them senior officeholders from leading companies in Israel's business sector, senior IDF officers, managers of non-profit organizations, senior physicians in the health system, and managers of municipalities and local government authorities. The programs are developed by academics from the Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University, working in close cooperation with organizations in the various sectors of the economy to ensure that the content meets the requirements and challenges of the field.  In this way, LAHAV serves as a bridge between academia and practice, to the mutual benefit and enrichment of both.

自1968年建立之初，LAHAV已经成为特拉维夫大学管理学院的一部分；同时作为以色列领先的行政管理教育机构，LAHAV的办学宗旨是为组织管理以及人才管理的发展做贡献。每年，数以百计的管理者参加到LAHAV举办的高级创新项目，在他们中有来自以色列商界领先企业的高层，以色列国防高级军官，非营利组织管理者，健康卫生领域的高级医生，市长以及政治局高官。特拉维夫大学管理学院的学者们通过与不同经济领域的组织紧密合作以保证项目的内容能够满足需要并能够应对这一领域的各种挑战，从而促进项目的发展。 通过这样的形式LAHAV在互利互惠的前提下作为学术与实践的桥梁为各方提供服务。
