Brack Capital China Limited (BCCL), has been established in Hong Kong to lead the Group’s investment and development of Water-related projects in China. BCCL, together with its associate company Brack Capital Infrastructure Development (BCID), are actively engaged in the promotion, financing, development and management of capital intensive water and infrastructure projects. Project financing structure can vary from BOT to Turn-Key andcustomers can use BCCL financing as well as that of commercial and state banks and/or Bilateral government to government long term Soft Loans.

BCCL and its technology partners in Israel and in China are focused primarily on projects in the following fields:

• Sea Water Desalination
• Brackish Water Desalination
• Waste Water Treatment
• Water Purification
• Water Transport
