Mickey Mushinsky - Chairman
Mr. Mickey Mushinsky, co-founder and Shareholder of Israel QB Interlink L.T.D, first arrived to China in 1996, has business experience of over 13 years in China and East Asia. Understanding Chinese culture, building trust and open communication channels with the local Chinese team, Mickey had successfully brought the China office’s business to multi-million dollars annual sales. He has over 30 years of cumulative managements experience and expertise on the area of communication and Digital TV platforms. On the last two years, Mickey is managing Israel QB Interlink L.T.D, the company main business is developing projects under the China-Israel Financial protocol in the areas of Communication, Medical, Education, Agriculture and Water Treatment.
In year 2000, Mickey, as Scopus’ Vice President, in charge of China & East Asia Operations, relocated to China to develop the Asian market and established Scopus office in Beijing China. In 2002 he has successfully implemented the Korea’s World Cup digital TV prestigious project. During the next six years, he has developed the China market, and brought major projects such as CCTV National distribution system, Sichuan cable system (based on the Israeli Chinese financial protocol) and Guangdong Microwave system. After 18 years of managerial experience in Tadiran Digital Communication, in 1995, Mickey joined the new spin-off Tadiran- Scopus as a Co-Founder, and in the next five years served as Scopus Vice President in different positions taking part in building and managing the R&D group, technical support group and the Product Marketing & New Technologies department.
Mickey Mushinsky, hold M.Sc degree in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University, and B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Boaz Rottenberg - Vice Chairmen
Is the founder and Managing Director of Maverick China Research, a Beijing based market research and consulting firm. I’ve lead projects for clients such as Visa, AMEX, PayPal, Nokia, HP, and other Fortune 500’s.
Prior to founding Maverick China, I was a director at a leading China-focused telecom consulting firm.
Boaz grew up in Israel and Hong Kong and have lived and worked in Beijing since 2003. He received an M.A. in Economics from the University of Hong Kong and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Haifa. Boaz is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Hebrew.

Mr. Yossi Zuri - Director

Yossi has worked as the manager of agriculture department in Sahar Hanegev reign; He developed 13 groups of field activities within $17 million annual budget. Then as a business manager in Kibutz Mefalsim and sale manager of furniture company in Aminach from 1981 to 1992.
On 1992 Yossi joined Hazera in the position of head of production and also a management board member and was responsible for the execution, management and supervision of the production of field crops and vegetables, vegetables stock seeds, semi commercial seeds, field crops plant and be responsible for the security including managing, executing and preserving intellectual property.
On 2006, Yossi was nominated as Hazera China CEO

Fani Gurevich - General Manager

Ms. Fani Gurevich has joined the Israeli Chamber of Commerce in Beijing at the beginning of 2011 as it’s Executive Manager.
Fani studied East Asia studies and human services at Haifa University. Her foremost field concerned the new Chinese Era in the global shifting Socio-Economic situation of the 21 century. During her specialization period, Fani was in close contacts with the representatives of Chinese society in Israel and came to Shanghai in summer 2009 to deepen her knowledge of Chinese language, society and economy.
During her specialization period in Israel, Fani occupied various positions in the field of public relations in the hospitality industry enterprises. Her work included promotional activities and brand implementation. She put up successful campaigns that permitted the enterprises to gain a considerable improvement of their relative placement in the filed and see direct increase of both their results and reputation.
Fani speaks Hebrew, English, Russian and Chinese.

Ilil Bar Gat - Events Manager

Ilil was sent to china in 2007 by the Israeli Foreign Ministry to work at the Israeli Embassy as their accountant and deputy chief of Administration. Prior to that she worked at the Israeli Embassy in Amman, Jordan as the Ambassador’s Chamber manager.
Ilil holds a Bachelor degree in International relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, her main field of interest was E-Diplomacy and “State Branding” using the Internet.
Currently she is pursuing her MBA at the Israeli Open University, focusing on global Management.
Ilil is fluent in Hebrew and English, and speaks basic Mandarin.

Meirav Lipinski Zemer - Senior Strategic Adviser
Meirav Lipinski Zemer is a Senior Strategic Advisor for the Israeli Chamber of Commerce in Beijing and a partner at INSPIRED Intercultural Consultants.
She has more than 12 years of experience in the business arena.
Meirav moved from Israel to Beijing with her family in 2008.
Prior to her relocation to Beijing - between 2000-2008 - Meirav was Vice President in Gelbert Kahana Investors Relations, Israel's largest IR and financial public relations company and was instrumental in advising and handling over 100 public-traded companies in different industries and markets including IPO's and private placements.
She is now a Partner at INSPIRED Intercultural Consultants, a comprehensive and inspiring Training & Coaching organization in China providing intercultural business consultancy, training & coaching. INSPIRED team of China-based experts provides tailored and strategic programs to multinational corporations operating or investing in China. Meirav designs a wide range of flexible, vibrant and effective cross-cultural training programs to expatriate executives in China as well as group workshops to develop communication skills among multicultural senior management teams.
Meirav holds an MBA from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya specializing in finance, and a BA degree in Economics and Management from the Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College.
Meirav is fluent in Hebrew and English and speaks intermediary Mandarin.

Ehud Bar - Financial Controller
Mr. Ehud Bar arrived to Beijing, with his wife, in 2007.
Since then he has been working for Kardan Water int’l Group (KWIG) in China, first as a financial manager, and now as the financial controller.
Mr. Bar holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel) and has been working as an accountant and auditor between 2005 and 2007 with Kesselman & Kesselman (in Israel) - Certified Public Accountants (Price Water house Coopers).
Mr. Bar has knowledge and experience with IFRS as well as Chinese and Israeli GAAP.
Currently, he also serves as a financial consultant to various small companies operating in China.

Maya (Keidar) Ben-Dror- Website Content Manager
Researcher, writer and editor of China-Israel governmental and economic issues. Cooperates with IsCham Beijing and IAC aiming at promoting cultural and business understaning of the Chinese market. Previously worked for the Israel Trade Mission to China in Beijing under MOITAL. Completed an annual program of Chinese language and cultural studies at Sichuan University after obtaining her BS in Economics and East Asian Studies from the Hebrew University. Currently an MSc candidate in Environmental Change & Management in the Environmental Change Institute, University of Oxford. Interested in environmental policy in China and Israeli clean technologies.

Maya Gelberg- Peleg - Water coordinator

Maya Gelberg- Peleg came to Beijing in 2010 with her family and since then works as a Press Officer at the Press and public diplomacy section of the Israeli Embassy in Beijing. Prior to her Arrival to Beijing Maya lived in Taipei for one year, worked as the head of the consular department of the Israeli Economic Interest Office in Taiwan.
Maya’s expertise focused upon the integration of the East Asian countries Labor market with Israel’s economy and society. For more than 7 years Maya worked as a Founder and a Director of both governmental and Non-Govermental NGO’s, in the field of Global work immigration (specialized in the East Asian region).
Maya’s academic accomplishments include Bachelor Degree in Social work studies From The Bar Ilan University, A Bachelor Degree in Education and Anthropology from The Tel Aviv university, and a Master Degree in Social work studies from the Bar Ilan University.
She also worked as a Lecturer at the Social work studies faculty at the Bar Ilan university in the field of East-Asian labor immigration.
